3.3.42 No Flow (Churn, Shutoff):

ü      هو عبارة عن ال pump بتستغل وتضغط الشبكة بالكامل وتفضل شغالة بعد الضغط ولان ال water بتكون Incompressible flow غير قابلة لانضغاط فبيستمر ال impeller فى الدوران واكساب المياه kinetic energy بتتحول ل heat energy وبترفع درجة حرارة المياه وده بيأثر على ال impeller و على عمر ال pump ولذلك بستخدم ال Circulation Relief Valve

3.3.75.4.1 Circulation Relief Valve:

ü      هو عبارة عن محبس بيتم تركيبه على ال casing الخاص بال pump يتم ضبطه على ضغط اقل من ال churn pressure بحيث يفتح يخرج كمية صغيره من ال water من داخل ال casing  ويسمح بدخول كمية مياه اخرى باردة تقوم بتبريد ال impeller

ü      يستخدم ال Circulation Relief Valve لحماية ال pump من التعرض لل overheating

ü      يتم تركيب ال Circulation Relief Valve على خط طرد ال pump

Circulation Relief Valve

ü      يتم تحديد ال size لل Circulation Relief Valve على قيمة ال Capacity لل pump بحيث يكون قطره

 0.75 inch لل pump لا تتعدى 2500 gpm و قطر 1 inch ل pump من 5000 gpm – 3000 gpm
